Privacy
Last reviewed June 2026.
This notice explains how Fleetable handles personal data for its website and lead handling. Lead data is held first-party in our own systems and is never sold or sent to a third-party form processor.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit: name, work email, company, phone, and what you tell us about your routes.
- Route estimates you price: areas or postcode districts and route metrics — not full street addresses.
- Basic attribution (source and campaign) and, with consent, analytics about how the site is used.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interest for handling business-to-business enquiries, and your explicit consent for any marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes it
We use Supabase (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring, with personal data scrubbed), cal.com (booking) and Mapbox (maps). With your consent we also load PostHog for analytics and session replay — hosted in the EU, with every form field masked so we never record what you type — and the Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn advertising tags. PostHog holds analytics data in the EU; any onward transfer to its US parent relies on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Enquiries are kept while there is a live business interest, then anonymised or removed. Analytics and session-replay data are kept for a limited period, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or erasure, and object to processing. Contact us at muhamed@producenetwork.co.uk. See also our cookie policy.
